Don’t Knock Twice Coming to Switch October 17th, More Wales Interactive Games Coming Next Year

Wales Interactive, the Welsh studio behind the Wii U’s Soul Axiom, is readying up to release a few games for the Nintendo Switch, starting this year with Don’t Knock Twice.

Don’t Knock Twice has been announced today for the Nintendo Switch, and will release on October 17th for £9.99 / €12,49 / $12.49 on the eShop. The game should unlock at precisely midnight, so you’ll be able to get downloading from the moment it’s ready on the store. Means you’ll have to stay up a little later, but that’s got to be worth it, right?

Wales Interactive’s Ben Tester is quite excited about the prospect of releasing Don’t Knock Twice on Nintendo Switch:

“After nearly two years since the release of Soul Axiom on the Wii U, the Wales Interactive team are back and ready to give Nintendo fans a taste of what our studio have been up to over the years. We are so excited to be releasing one of the first horror titles on the Switch and it can’t come at a better time with Halloween just around the corner. We’re looking forward to giving Switch gamers a fright on October 17th!”

In the press release posted on the Wales Interactive website, it’s mentioned that the studio will be putting out more games for Nintendo’s hybrid console next year, though there’s no word and what games they will be, whether they’ll be new properties, or whether they’ll be ports of existing games. We’ll just have to wait and see.
